Fee Schedule
C. Geraci & Company provides investment supervisory services to his clients by effecting purchases and sales of mutual fund shares and individual securities in his clients' accounts. In providing such services, C. Geraci & Company may advise directly and/or invest clients' fund through other investment advisors, Money Managers and/or investment companies. The methods of analysis and investment strategies are fundamental in nature. The related fee schedule offered by C. Geraci & Company is as follows:

The applicable advisory fees referenced above include all fees and charges for firm advisors' services and all advisory representatives. The Advisory Fee will be payable Quarterly, in advance. The first payment is due upon execution for the Investment Advisor Agreement and will be assessed pro-rata in the event the agreement is executed at any time other than the first day of the calendar quarter. Subsequent payments are due and will be assessed on the first day of each quarter based upon the value of assets under management as of the close of business on the last business day of the preceding quarter as valued by an independent pricing service, where available, or otherwise in good faith.
Financial Plans. Firm Advisors prepare written financial plans for their clients upon request. The design fee for the preparation of such plans range from $2,250 to $5,000. Such design fee is ultimately based upon the education and expertise of the consultant preparing the plan and the complexity of the client's financial situation. Design Fees are payable within 30 days of the completion and delivery of the Financial Plan to the client.
Third Party Money Manager Programs. C. Geraci & Company may enter into advisory agreements with other Registered Investment Advisors to offer advisory services of the other advisor. Under this agreement, a portion of the fees paid may be shared with C. Geraci & Company. C. Geraci & Company will perform the due diligence review and executed agreements will be on file for the arrangements. This advisory agreement will be disclosed by C. Geraci & Company at the time service is provided to clients by delivery of Form ADV Part II for C. Geraci & Company and the other advisory firm.
Miscellaneous Advisory Services. Additionally, on as as-needed basis, firm advisors may provide clients with miscellaneous investment advice with regard to assets or matters that are not subject to management or supervisory agreements. Such relationships will be documented in writing and firm advisors will charge an hourly rate of between $200 and $475 per hour for such services.
